Fitbit

Since my cousin sent me the first Fitbit, I’ve broken down two Fitbit devices already. It seems those devices are designed so complicated that it is vulnerable and always has all kinds of trouble.

my first Fitbit was a Fitbit HR 2. Its charger didn’t work. but as it had already over the warranty period, I gave up fixing it.

My second Fitbit, which I’m using, is Fitbit charger 3. I guess it showed up its first hitch after I bought it maybe two or three months after. its side button doesn’t react to any pressure. and a months later after the first problem showed up, it’s screen fall to work normally as well. so I contact the Fitbit online service. they helped me solve the later problem, but they also have no idea to fix the first one. So, they just accept to change a new device for me. I’m happy with the result, cos when I bought it, I selected the wrong product model. There the new one is actually an upgraded one comparing to my old and broken one.

Although the products is just ok, the service is pretty good. u can still purchased it with faith.
